NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF DODGE, TREMPEALEAU COUNTY, WISCONSIN
REGARDING THE CONDITIONAL SURRENDER AND APPLICATION FOR CLASS “B” 
COMBINATION LIQUOR AND BEER LICENSE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Dodge, Trempealeau 
County, Wisconsin, will hold a public hearing on September 29 at 6:30 PM, at the Dodge 
Town Hall, W29861 Bambenek St, Dodge, WI

The purpose of this public hearing is to consider the following actions regarding the 
Class B Liquor license for the premises located at N20521 County Road G Dodge, WI 
54625; currently operating as Harry’s Place:

1. Conditional Surrender: To consider the request of Lil Harry RM LLC to 
conditionally surrender their original Class "B” liquor license and Class “B” beer 
license, subject to and contingent upon the approval and issuance of an original 
Class "B” liquor license and Class “B” beer license to the incoming applicant.

2. Original License Application: To consider the application of Harold 2.0 LLC, doing 
business as Harry’s Place, for an original Class "B” liquor license and Class “B” 
beer license, same premises location.

All interested parties will be allowed to be heard.
